Description
Palak paneer, an Indian vegetarian delight, unites the goodness of spinach (Palak) and the richness of cottage cheese (Paneer). An onion-based gravy, flavored with Palak, garlic, green chili, and cumin, it is a treat for the senses!Ingredients Required:-
- 400g Palak puree
- 200g paneer cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium/100g tomato puree
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 50g Suhana Palak Paneer
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 cup/200ml water
Recipe:-
- Make a paste of Suhana Palak Paneer Mix and 1/2 cup of water
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and sautee for 2-3 minutes
- Add tomato puree and cook till oil oozes out
- Add the paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add Palak puree and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add water, paneer and cook till the gravy thickens
- Garnish with cream and butter and serve hot.
