An absolute spice mix for Indian-style lip-smacking kidney beans
Ingredients Required:-
- 1 ½ cup/225g cooked rajma
- 1 medium/75g onion, chopped
- 2 medium/150g tomato, chopped
- 2 ½ cups/500 ml water
- 3 tbsp oil
- Green coriander, chopped
How To Cook:-
- Make a paste of Suhana Rajma Masala Mix with ½ cup of water
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, add onion sauté for 2-3 minutes then add tomato sauté for another 2-3 minutes till cooked
- Heat remaining oil, add the above paste, and sauté for 2-3 minutes or till oil oozes out
- Add Suhana Rajma Masala Mix paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add water and cooked rajma
- Cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
