How to Use
1. Soak these soya chunks for around 10 minutes before use.
2. To soak, place in a small dish and add seasonings such as garam masala, soy sauce or balsamic vinegar, before covering with boiling water.
3. The soya chunks will expand and will then be ready to cook as if they were normal meat.
